Chapter 4: Slicing Images Horizontally Into Multiple Segments

The technique described in the last chapter is all well and good, but what if we want to horizontally slice an image into more than two pieces?

Let's recap:

In chapter 1, we learned how to slice an image up into two vertical pieces.
In chapter 2, we learned how to slice an image up into more than two vertical pieces, by slicing into two vertical pieces and then slicing each of the pieces into further pieces and so on.
In chapter 3, we learned how to slice an image up into two horizontal pieces.

So how do we slice an image up in more than two horizontal pieces?

Easy: We slice the image up into two horizontal pieces, then we simply slice each of the pieces into further pieces and so on, until we're done.
